create a name to include letters and numbers with NO SPACES.
Remember, the League Commissioner has the right to approve or deny
any Team Name.

DIVISION: This is where you indicate either 'FEE
DIVISION ONLY' or 'FEE DIVISION AND WEEKLY POOL'. The Fee
Division by itself if $10 for the season. The Fee Division and
Weekly Pool includes $10 for the Fee Division + $1 for each race for
